Configuring email providers for sending messages
Email Settings
Configure how the platform sends emails. Two providers are supported: SMTP and GoHighLevel.
SMTP Configuration
For direct email sending via any SMTP server (Gmail, SendGrid, Mailgun, etc.):
- Host — SMTP server address (e.g.,
smtp.gmail.com) - Port — Usually 587 (TLS) or 465 (SSL)
- Username — Your email address or API key
- Password — App-specific password or API secret
- From Name — Sender name shown to recipients
- From Email — Sender email address
GoHighLevel Integration
If you use GoHighLevel, configure the GHL API to send emails through their system. This keeps all communication in one place and maintains GHL analytics.
Testing
Use the Send Test Email button to verify your configuration works before going live.
