Stay informed about important events across the platform with the centralized notification system.
Notification Types
- Task Assignments — When you are assigned a new task
- Lead Updates — New leads, stage changes, follow-up reminders
- Mentions — When someone @mentions you in chat or comments
- Leave Requests — Approval needed or decision received
- Invoice Events — Payments received, invoices overdue
- System Alerts — Worker failures, security events
Notification Center
Click the bell icon in the top bar to see all notifications. Unread items are highlighted. Mark individual items or all items as read.
Preferences
Configure which notifications you want to receive and how: in-app only, email, or both. Set quiet hours to avoid notifications during off-hours.
